With over 40 years of experience in managing large companies in the field of product distribution for building and industry and a board member of several companies, Jean-Jacques has been a pioneer in CSR because: “it is essential to initiate dialogue with your stakeholders and start to understand their needs.”

Patrick Sulzer, Managing Director

Holder of an extensive international professional background in ventures’ set up and development, Patrick manages Codethic Ltd. Patrick firmly believes that CSR drives innovation, which he regards as: “The lifeblood of business, especially in turbulent economic times.”

Jonathan Normand, Chief Operating Officer

Expert in good governance best practices, management systems’ implementation and global CSR advisory, John leads the Codethic 26000 program. John has been the actor and witness in many countries of the: “CSR’s growing importance in organizations’ risk management processes and compliance programs to reach millennium goals.”

Prof. Dr. Jean-Marc Bigler, CSR Director

Involved in business ethics and CSR issues for over 15 years and active in 2 research institutes, Jean-Marc develops and manages Codethic’s lab and training modules. Jean-Marc appreciates: “How CSR programs deliver positive impact and the competitive advantages that companies can gain from staying ahead of their competitors.”

Yann Mrazek, Administrative Director

An experienced and multidimensional expert in company consultancy at every stage of their business activities, Yann runs the legal and admin department. Yann is driven by CSR: “As the strategy to protect a business against a decline in reputation in the face of adverse events, thus avoiding harm and damage.”

Claire Ducry, CSR Senior Project Manager

Having served in several humanitarian activities and involved in different social projects across the globe, Claire heads the project management team. Claire is convinced: “Organizations must re-evaluate their business models in times of extreme change and put sustainable development at the heart of their business models.”

Fanny Matton, CSR Project Manager

Fanny worked in the fields of social and environmental development for organizations, in Switzerland, in the MENA region and in Sub-Saharan Africa. She joined the Codethic team, convinced that a lasting change in society requires the organizations to take overall responsibility.”

Rana Karam, Project Manager RSE

Graduated from International Relations, Rana has worked more than a decade in the luxury industry, mainly in the fight against counterfeiting where she has covered various subsidiaries worldwide (Middle East, Asia etc.). She joined Codethic team convinced that « CSR is an essential element for the legitimacy of a company and will help leaving a sustainable legacy for our children.”

Cristina Alvarez, Project coordinator RSE

Achieving her Master of Science in Management at the University of Geneva, Cristina is convinced that “once integrated in the business strategy, CSR allows the company to create shared value by putting mankind and nature into its core business in order to create a virtuous circle with a win-win relationship for companies and society.”

Marc Unfried, Manager France-Maghreb

Après plus de 25 ans à des fonctions de direction dans des secteurs scientifiques, industriels, de services et de distribution, où Marc a conduit des projets de transformation dans des situations stratégiques et humaines complexes, il prend la direction des opérations de reporting ESG d’un Groupe International Agroalimentaire. Pour lui, « la RSE est un facteur de réussite pour les entreprises dans leur ancrage territorial ».
